Se crea un complejo organizado desde su estructura hasta su función. La estructura proyecta plantas libres conteniendo sus espacios con un sistema perimetral de mobiliario multifuncional para potencializar, optimizar y ordenar, logrando un dinamismo eficiente en sus espacios.
El complejo se dividió según su programa en tres volúmenes considerando la ubicación de los árboles actuales. El volumen norte contiene la administración y el centro de capacitación. El volumen central como el corazón del complejo, contiene la recepción, una librería de juguetes, el centro de fisioterapia, la unidad de hidroterapia, el centro de diagnóstico y terapia, el centro de intervención temprana, el centro de mediación familiar y el centro médico. Y en el volumen sur se encuentra la escuela Montessori.
Cada volumen es envuelto por sus fachadas ventiladas logrando un óptimo confort en temperatura, y sensorialmente de forma limpia y ligera, donde la iluminación de los espacios se nivela. El complejo es un lugar para que los niños y sus familias se sientan acogidos en un ambiente seguro para su desarrollo de manera integral fomentando el aprendizaje.

An organized complex is created from its structure to its function. The stucture projects free plants having spaces with a perimetral system of multifunctional furniture to potentiate, optimize and order, achieving an efficient dynamism at its spaces.
The complex was divided according to its program in three volumes considering the place of the actual trees. The north volume contains the administration and the training center, the central volume, as the heart of the complex, contains the reception, toy library, physiotherapy, hydrotherapy unit, center for diagnostics and therapy, early intervention center, center for family-mediated intervention and the medical center, and at the south volume there is the Montessori center.
Each volume is wrapped by its ventilated facades achieving an optimal comfort in temperature and cleanly and lightly sensory, where the ilumination of the spaces are leveled. The complex is a place for the kids and their families to feel welcomed in a safe envoirement for their development in an integral way, encouraging learning.
